Türkiye's boat trips spread across four seas and its inland waters. On the Aegean, day trips and skippered gulet charters leave Bodrum, Marmaris, Fethiye and Göcek for pine-lined bays; on the Mediterranean, the sunken city of Kekova is seen from the sea near Antalya and Kaş. The Bosphorus and the Marmara islands are the setting for city cruises, and the Black Sea coast for short summer sailings. Lakes and rivers such as Dalyan, Köyceğiz and Eğirdir are cruised in flat-bottomed boats. The main season is April to October, stretching into November on the Mediterranean coast.
