概览
From Neiafu the boat first visits Swallows Cave at the north-west tip of Kapa Island; the tall cave is entered by boat or by swimming, and its interior is good for snorkelling. It then moves on to Mariner's Cave on Nuapapu, whose entrance is underwater and is reached only by a short breath-hold swim. The day ends with a beach and swim stop on an islet such as Nuku.
