• Bacardi Bay, also known as Kargıcak Bay, is inaccessible by road and can only be reached by sea.
• Bacardi Bay and Alagöl are not registered in the geographic database and therefore are not marked on the map; they are included in the program.
• The speed limit in the channel and lake is 5 nautical miles; feeding sea turtles from the boat and disembarking passengers outside the piers is prohibited (Muğla Governorate Köyceğiz Lake and Dalyan Channel Administration).
• İZTUZU: Plaj 1 Mayıs-31 Ekim arası 20:00-08:00 halka kapalıdır; ateş, çadır, araç ve hayvan girişi yasaktır.
• The area is the Köyceğiz-Dalyan Special Environmental Protection Area (July 1988).
