What we collect. Only what you give us: the details in your inquiry (name, contact, dates, party size, preferences) and, if you join our list, your email address. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.
Why. To prepare your proposal, operate your charter, and — only if you asked — send rare updates. Nothing else, and never sold or shared for marketing.
Where. Data is stored with our infrastructure provider in the European Union; identity documents required for charter formalities live in an encrypted EU vault and are deleted on a retention timer after your trip.
Your rights. Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK you may request access, correction or deletion at any time — use the contact form and a person will handle it.
Who we are. Private Boat Trip is operated by Kalynda (Türkiye). Charter sales are conducted under Turkish travel-agency regulation.
