Proposals. Each proposal is a private link prepared for you, valid for 7 days with prices fixed at that day's rates. It is an invitation to book, not a binding reservation.
Booking. A charter is confirmed by a signed charter agreement and deposit. The agreement — not this page — governs dates, payments, cancellation terms and responsibilities.
Payments. Standard schedule: 50% on signing, the balance and provisioning allowance (APA) before embarkation, by bank transfer to a segregated client account. VAT and APA are always itemised in advance.
Cancellation. Governed by the ladder in your signed agreement. Where a cancelled charter is resold, we pass the benefit back as a partial refund gesture.
Website. Fleet details are curated in good faith and updated continually; the contractual description of a yacht is the one in your agreement.
