Culebra'nın batısında Carlos Rosario resifinde şnorkel yapılır, ardından Culebra Ulusal Yaban Hayatı Sığınağı'ndaki ıssız Culebrita adasının kuzeyindeki Playa Tortuga'da yüzülür.
