The canyons cut by the Euphrates between the Keban Dam and the Karakaya reservoir are explored by boats leaving from Keban. In about 40 minutes the boat reaches the 4.5-kilometre Saklıkapı Canyon on the Baskil-Keban border, whose walls rise up to 200 metres and narrow to half a metre in places. Ten minutes further on begins the roughly 40-kilometre Karaleylek Canyon. Sheer cliffs, karst caves, old cave dwellings, trees hanging from cave ceilings and the black storks that give the canyon its name are the highlights of the route.

- Boats do not wait in the area; advance booking is required. Group tours are provided by boats supported by the Provincial Special Administration and local fishing boats.
- From November to March, the rocks are slippery and river conditions are harsh, so the canyon route is not recommended.
- Long programs with hikes at the bottom of the canyon after disembarking at Saklıkapı can also be arranged.
- Stop times show the typical schedule; exact times may vary depending on the operator.
- Some stops (small bays, open sea piers, fishing spots) are not verified in geographic databases and therefore are not shown on the map; they are included in the program.
