Copenhagen en bref
Copenhagen's boat trips leave from the Nyhavn and Ved Stranden quays and circle the city's inner canals and harbour. The classic canal tour takes about an hour and passes the Opera House, the Little Mermaid statue, Christianshavn canal and Christiansborg Palace. In summer, scheduled boats run from Nyhavn to Flakfortet, an artificial fortress island in the Øresund. Swimming in the harbour is allowed only in marked bathing zones, and stopping is prohibited along parts of the canals. This is a city canal and harbour product, not an open-sea trip.
