Three hours in the late afternoon on a private boat hired by the hour at the Umluj marina. Swimming and snorkelling in the shallow water of Umm Sahar, a stop on one of the sand spits between the islands, and the sunset watched from the sea. Route, stops and length are agreed with the group; this is a common local way for families and groups of friends to visit the islands.
