Labuan Bajo & Komodo about

Labuan Bajo, at the western tip of Flores, is the gateway to Komodo National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1991. Day speedboats and one- or two-night phinisi boats visit the viewpoint on Padar, Pink Beach, Manta Point and Komodo or Rinca, where the Komodo dragons live. Dragon walks are only allowed with a park ranger, and park entry is paid. Currents are strong, so the tide sets the route.
