Weather

If wind or waves make the trip unsafe, the operator postpones or cancels; you are never charged for an operator cancellation. You pay on board, so there is no prepayment at risk.

Local notes

• This is a short river trip, not a bay tour: 8-10 meter long, 10-15 passenger covered boats operating on a shuttle basis. There is a departure every 10-15 minutes between 09:00 and 19:30.
• Price varies by operator; 150-250 TL. No single rate.
• Fishing and angling are prohibited in Azmak. The fleet is transitioning from diesel to electric boats; however, an official motor ban has not been confirmed.
• Akyaka is a Cittaslow (Slow City).
• Route is inside the Gökova Special Environmental Protection Area (Ula and Marmaris districts).
