• Yunus Island and Karaburun are administratively part of Alanya district; they are approximately 17 km away from the Bosphorus by sea. Therefore, the term 'Side open waters' is geographically incorrect.
• No guarantee to see a dolphin; the island's name comes from local usage.
• You should not enter the protected sandbar area to the west of the strait.
• Kızılot Beach is a nesting area for caretta caretta: from 1 May to 30 September, access to the beach, vehicle entry, camping, and fires are prohibited between 20:00 and 08:00. The administrative fine is 2026 units: 699,245 TL for individuals, 2,097,735 TL for legal entities (Environmental Law No. 2872).
• It usually takes place on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday; the day may vary depending on the operator.
• Antalya Governorate Regulation 2026/5 on Excursion Boats (valid from June 12, 2026): no overcapacity passengers, life jackets mandatory for every passenger and supervision required at swimming stops, waste delivered to the facility at the port.
