About this tour
In summer, a boat leaves the Linnanlaituri pier at the eastern end of Market Square and follows the sheltered waters of the archipelago east of Helsinki to reach Porvoo in about three to three and a half hours. Porvoo is a historic town known for its red-painted wooden riverside storehouses and stone cathedral. There are about two and a half hours of free time in town. The return is by the same boat or by the quicker bus.
