Cancellation

• 12 h–24 h before: late cancellation
• Less than 12 h before: counts as a no-show

Weather

If wind or waves make the trip unsafe, the operator postpones or cancels; you are never charged for an operator cancellation. You pay on board, so there is no prepayment at risk.

Local notes

• Entry to the caves depends on wave and wind conditions, not guaranteed. Large boats cannot enter the Phosphorus Cave.
• This tour includes foam parties, loud music and alcohol service; for families seeking a calm tour, the sunset tour is more suitable.
• Caretta caretta: Demirtaş and Gazipaşa beaches are protected nesting areas; entry to the beaches is prohibited from 20:00 to 08:00 between May 1 and September 30.
• Damlataş Cave is not included in the tour, it is visited separately by land and the Museum Pass is not valid.
