Overview
As of summer 2026 there is no daily group boat tour with a fixed departure time on Avşa Island; the coves around the island are visited by private boats hired at the main pier or at Yiğitler harbour. A typical route runs from the ferry pier to Manastır Cove at the western tip, then along the south coast to the Çınar, Tavşanlı, Karadut and Altınkum coves. Boats are hired by the hour or for a full day and the route is set by the guests. Only some coves have places to eat, so bring food and water. Small fishing boats also run çapari fishing trips from the same pier.
