Local notes

• Knidos is open daily; in summer from 08:30 to 21:00, ticket office closes at 20:30. Museum pass is valid.
• Knidos is at Deveboynu Cape where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet; in the afternoon the meltemi wind picks up significantly, on windy days the tour may be cancelled or the route may be limited to bays.
• The area is within the Datça-Bozburun Special Environmental Protection Area; anchoring in seagrass areas is prohibited.
