Overview
From Villa Marina the catamaran heads to Cayo Icacos in La Cordillera Reef Nature Reserve for a swim from its beach and snorkelling on its reefs. If the sea allows, a second snorkel stop is made on the nearby Cayo Diablo reef. The reserve is managed by the DRNA; camping is not allowed on the cays, and touching coral or collecting marine life is not appropriate. Palominos and Cayo Lobos in the reserve are private and are not landed on.
