Overview
From Puerto Ayora a road transfer leads to the Itabaca Channel on the north of the island, where guests board a park-authorised day-tour boat. On North Seymour there is a dry landing and a trail of about 2 km past blue-footed boobies, great frigatebird colonies, land iguanas and sea lions. Lunch is served on board, then, when the park schedule allows, there is a snorkelling stop at Las Bachas beach or a nearby site. The whole visit is led by an authorised naturalist guide on the marked trail, and visitors stay at least 2 metres from wildlife.
