Overview
The car and passenger ferry leaves Geiranger and crosses the full length of the Geirangerfjord in about 65 minutes to Hellesylt village on the Sunnylvsfjord. Along the way it passes the Seven Sisters and Suitor waterfalls and the farms of Skageflå and Knivsflå. The ferry is a transport line, but because it covers the whole fjord it is also used as a sightseeing trip. It can be taken one way or return, and Hellesylt has road connections for those driving on.
