Overview
From Trou d'Eau Douce the catamaran heads south through the reef-sheltered east coast lagoon and stops in the lagoon for snorkelling. At the mouth of the Grand River South East a smaller boat runs a short way upriver to the waterfall. A beach stop of a few hours on Île aux Cerfs follows, with lunch usually grilled on board. The water is mostly calm because the boat stays inside the lagoon. Water sports on the island are paid separately.
