• The Greek (Meis) territorial waters are very close to Kaş; the tour boats stay in Turkish waters, so this tour does not require a passport.
• Kaş-Meis route is an INTERNATIONAL FERRY, not a boat tour; passport is required and should not be confused with this product.
• Antalya Governorate Regulation 2026/5 on Tour Boats (valid from June 12, 2026): boats operate only in accordance with their permit classes, physical mooring is prohibited in sensitive areas, instead anchors or virtual buoys are mandatory, fines and trip cancellations are applied for overcapacity on the first offense.
