Overview
A covered boat leaves the Ross Castle pier, about 2 km outside Killarney town, and cruises Lough Leane, the largest lake in the park. The ruins of the early medieval monastery on Innisfallen Island and O'Sullivan's Cascade on the western shore are seen from the water, with the MacGillycuddy's Reeks around the lake. The commentated cruise lasts about an hour, with no landing.
