Overview
From Shimoni pier the dhow crosses the Wasini Channel to Kisite-Mpunguti Marine National Park in the south, looking for dolphins on the way. About an hour of snorkelling follows in the coral gardens around Kisite Island. On the way back there is a seafood lunch on Wasini Island. The park belongs to the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) and a per-person entry fee applies. Road transfers from Diani or Mombasa make it a full day.
