Overview
From Leeward the boat reaches Little Water Cay (Iguana Island) in about 15 minutes. The island is a sanctuary for the endemic rock iguana managed by the Turks and Caicos National Trust; visitors keep to the marked boardwalks and must not feed the iguanas. A swim and beach stop follows at shallow Half Moon Bay between Little Water Cay and Water Cay, and a reef snorkel may be added on the way. One of the stops may be skipped depending on the weather.
