Local notes

• Administrative Status: Üçağız (Kaleüçağız) and Kaleköy (Simena) are administratively part of Demre District, not Kaş. Most tourism sources incorrectly state 'Üçağız belonging to Kaş'.
• Route: The Üçağız tour starts at Aquarium Bay and ends at Kaleköy; the Çayağzı tour starts at the Sunk City. Üçağız is approached from the west, Çayağzı from the east.
• Duration: Both departures last 7 hours. The extra sea distance to Üçağız does not extend the tour, but shortens the stop durations.
• BATIK CITY PROHIBITION: 1st degree archaeological and natural site; swimming, diving and snorkeling prohibited, anchoring near ruins prohibited. The 2 official swimming areas in front of Kaleköy are excluded from this prohibition.
• The route is entirely within the Kaş-Kekova Special Environmental Protection Area; please be careful not to anchor in the seagrass areas.
• Aquarium Bay: This bay is in the Demre/Kekova area. There are separate bays with the same name in Kaş, Fethiye, Bodrum, and Marmaris.
• Entrance fees are covered by the Museum Pass for Turkish citizens.
